Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are complete, undamaged, and packed with their original accessories and packaging.

Submit your order number and reason through the return portal. If approved, we’ll email packing instructions and a prepaid label where available.
Refund timing
Returns are inspected within two business days of arrival. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions and final-sale items
Opened hygiene-sensitive items, personalized products, gift cards, and products damaged through misuse may not qualify for return.
